Whispering Woods Wellness came to be through a journey that is deeply rooted in personal experience. As someone who has navigated the challenges of chronic pain & emotional rediscovery, I understand the profound impact these struggles can have on daily life.
My own path of healing has been a gradual process, focused on finding relief and balance from the inside out. This personal journey inspires my work, as I aim to create a compassionate space for others who are also seeking to heal and reclaim their lives. Together, we explore the power of somatic practices to reconnect with our bodies, find stillness amidst the chaos, and embrace the journey towards wellness and authenticity.

I’m a mom of two wild, playful girls, living the dream on our little hobby farm with my husband, Ryan, a firefighter in Sarnia. We’re an outdoorsy bunch, always finding new ways to get lost in the magic of nature. Our farm, surrounded by trees and all the peacefulness that comes with them, has become our sanctuary—a place where our love for the environment is as big as the sky.
Now, my path hasn’t been without its twists and turns. As someone who’s wrestled with chronic migraines, I’ve learned the hard way how to slow down (whether I liked it or not!). Those migraines pushed me to rethink everything and led me into the fascinating world of neuroplasticity, somatic therapies, and neuroplastic pain. It’s been a game-changer for how I approach my own healing—and how I help others do the same.
That turning point helped me look inward and reconnect with what really matters: my health, my well-being, and, of course, my family. I’m all about raising my daughters to be emotionally aware, connected to their feelings, and just as in tune with nature as they are with themselves.
With a deep love for the outdoors, I’ve woven mindfulness, somatic healing, and earth connection into the fabric of our everyday lives. Nature is my playground, my teacher, and the foundation of the intentional life I strive to live—one rooted in presence, playfulness, and a little whimsy.
