Service Description
Virtual Experience - introductory pricing and introductory experience. A one-on-one somatic listening session combining somatic experiencing, gentle breathwork, and guided meditation. We’ll follow and explore the sensations of your body, helping you tune into its subtle messages and regulate your nervous system. With minimal movement and a focus on inner awareness, Body Whisperings offers a gentle, transformative way to connect deeply with yourself and find balance. This is a VIRUTAL introductory experience of Somatic Yoga Therapy focusing on Somatic Principles.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy For Individual Appointments. If you cancel 24 or more hours in advance of your individual appointment, you will receive a credit to your account. If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 4 hours notice, you will not receive a credit or refund and will be automatically charged the full amount of your service. Cancellation Policy For Classes In A Series. If you cancel 1 or more weeks in advance of your series start date, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel with 1 week or less notice, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel after the series has begun, you will not receive a refund. At that point, the tuition is not transferable, either. Cancellation Policy For Special Events / Workshops. If you cancel 3 weeks or more before the workshop, cancellation is permitted minus a 15% adminstration fee. If you cancel 1 – 3 weeks before the workshop, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel with 1 week or less notice, you will not receive a refund.
